Terms & Conditions – bitpkr Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bitpkr ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bitpkr website located at https://bitpkr.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bitpkr.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on bitpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law where such prohibition applies to the Player's use of the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bitpkr or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by bitpkr for breach of these Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event that any registered details change. bitpkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active registered account with bitpkr at any time. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — is a breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, bitpkr reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through duplicate account activity pending a full investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notifying bitpkr support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.

bitpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. In the event of suspected fraudulent account activity, bitpkr reserves the right to freeze the account and all associated funds pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the bitpkr support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to standard verification procedures.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the bitpkr Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits, subject to availability in your region and applicable transaction limits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• Visa debit and credit card

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. bitpkr does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bitpkr accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited with bitpkr must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is detected, the deposit will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The account has completed all required identity and address verification steps (KYC).
• The requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold for the chosen payment method.
• No active chargeback, dispute, or fraud investigation is pending on the account.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied prior to withdrawal of those bonus-derived funds.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering procedures. Where this is not possible, an alternative verified method may be used subject to additional verification.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take 1–3 business days. bitpkr makes every reasonable effort to process withdrawal requests promptly and does not impose unnecessary delays.

bitpkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting proof of the source of funds deposited. Such checks are conducted in compliance with international anti-money laundering obligations and do not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bitpkr offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Promotions are available to verified players aged 21 or over with an account in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per device/IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be transferred to the real-money wallet upon completion of the specified wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire prior to completion of the wagering requirement will be removed from the account without replacement.
• bitpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect players who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, exploiting errors, coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes, or using prohibited betting patterns — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bitpkr Platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bitpkr does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or system error during a game session or while a bet is being placed, bitpkr will make a reasonable determination based on available system records. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
• In-play sports betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice, at the discretion of bitpkr's trading team, particularly in response to significant in-game events or suspected market irregularities.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the time of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager.
• For cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 competitions, event-specific rules regarding abandoned matches, reduced-over games, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments are displayed within the relevant market. These rules govern all settlement decisions.
• bitpkr reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed in error, where the odds were materially incorrect due to a system error, or where there is clear evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bitpkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any funds held in the account, and may result in referral to relevant authorities where applicable law requires it:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in multi-player games or poker-style formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to place bets that would not ordinarily be available at those terms.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other financially illicit purpose.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code or proprietary information from the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at bitpkr staff or other players via any available communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bitpkr Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Intellectual Property"), is the property of bitpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any portion of the Platform's content without express written consent from bitpkr.
• Using the bitpkr brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Creating derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's Intellectual Property may result in legal action by bitpkr or its licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitpkr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

bitpkr's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bitpkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bitpkr takes all reasonable steps to maintain the availability and integrity of the Platform, planned maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may affect service availability from time to time.

11 Privacy & Data

bitpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bitpkr.bet/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process, including your name, date of birth, national identity information, and payment details, is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. bitpkr does not sell personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players based in Pakistan may exercise their data access and correction rights by contacting the bitpkr support team. Requests for data deletion will be processed in accordance with the Company's data retention obligations under its operating licence conditions.

12 Responsible Gaming

bitpkr is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity and must never be treated as a means to generate income, solve financial difficulties, or escape personal problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders and hard cut-offs.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at set intervals reminding you of the time elapsed during your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bitpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, bitpkr will provide reasonable advance notice to affected players via the registered email address on their account or through a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever the Terms are materially amended. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment to the Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the amended Terms come into effect and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bitpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to the bitpkr internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, players must contact the bitpkr support team in writing, providing full details of the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or event, and the resolution being sought. bitpkr aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days of receipt.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the applicable regulatory body under bitpkr's operating licence. bitpkr cooperates fully with all regulatory oversight bodies and will abide by their adjudicated decisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
